    • Totally free? What's the catch?

      Billow is totally free because we want to hear feedback so that we can make Billow even better! When we decide on a fair pricing model we will introduce a paid tier.

    • Do you store my bank account credentials?

      Billow never sees your bank account credentials or your full account numbers and we cannot move money or make any changes to your account. You can revoke our read-only access to your accounts by deleting the connection at any time.

    • How is Billow different than Mint?

      Billow is much more flexible than Mint. It takes a little more setting up, but if you're frustrated with Mint because it's not flexible enough, then Billow is perfect for you!

    • Can I use Billow to create a budget?

      Not yet! Most of the other finance software out there let's you create budgets, but doesn't let you do much else. Billow is focused on filling in the gap! Worksheets let you do lots of things you can't do with simple budgets. That said, budgets are still a useful tool that we think belong in Billow. They'll be added soon!

    • Does Billow sell my data?

      Billow does not sell your data and making sure your data is safe is our #1 priority.

    • What types of features are coming?

      Billow gets better every day and we've got a lot of new features in the works! Soon, we'll release a product roadmap where everyone can see whats coming. Until then, stay tuned!
